Weight Loss Update

This past week has flown by but I already feel soo much better. I forgot to mention in my blog last week along with my new exercise regimen, I also joined Weight Watchers. I had my weigh in last night and I lost 3lbs! At first, I was a little disappointed because I was hoping for a little more since Jillian Michael's tries to kill me EVERYDAY, but I'll take it! Hopefully, next week's weight loss will be the same or even more!

Does anyone have any wonderful low fat/calorie recipes to share?

  2. i did weight watchers after i had logan & lost a good chunk of weight. i did that by going to the meetings, etc. i've now been doing ww again, but this time on my own since i already have all the info. i've already lost about 9#s in 9 wks, & am feeling pretty good. i have a ton of good recipes. i'll have to round them up for you. good luck!
